201P Introduction To Economics I (3)
Economics I deals primarily with macroeconomic or national economic concepts,
the economics of the determination of recession, inflation, maintenance of full
employment and economic growth, with an emphasis upon the economics of modern
Keynesian analyses. It further introduces the economics of Marx and Ayres and
discusses relevant and current economic issues. Economics 201 and 202 are
prerequisites for all other economics courses except with specific permission
of the instructor. Every semester.
