347P Crime and Civil Liberties (3) A study of civil liberties in American society, emphasizing their role in the criminal and legal process. Topics include issues related to the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and 14th amendments. Other topics to be covered will depend on class interest and current events.
