322 Managing the Growing Business (3) This course is designed to introduce students to the challenges of the rapidly growing business. Students will learn about the new skill sets that must be acquired and the information that must be collected to support growth, as well as the external support (e.g., bankers, attorneys, accountants, and investors) that can help facilitate growth. In this process, students will acquire an understanding of the ways that entrepreneurs must change as their organizations evolve.
