Retirees Association (UMKCRA)

Membership in UMKCRA

If you are a UMKC retiree, the spouse of a deceased UMKC retiree, or a current employee of UMKC, you are eligible for membership in UMKCRA. We urge you to consider joining today and contributing to the many activities sponsored by the Association that enhance retiree benefits and the experience of being a UMKC Retiree.

Regular Member Any retired employee or surviving spouse of a deceased employee or any employee of the University may become a Regular Member of this organization by paying annual dues. A Regular Member shall be entitled to vote, to hold office, to participate in the affairs of the Association and to receive all mailings of the Association. Regular Member dues are $10 per year.

Pre-Retirement Member

Life Member Anyone eligible for Regular Membership may choose to be a Life Member by paying a one-time fee of $100. Life Members have all the privileges of Regular Members but do not pay annual dues.

Associate Member An individual who is not eligible to be a regular member but who wishes to participate in the affairs of the Association and to receive all mailings of the Association may apply to become an Associate Member. An Associate Member is not entitled to vote or to hold office but does pay Associate Member dues of $10 per year. Associate Membership must be approved by the Board of Directors.

To apply for membership, click application form, type in the requested information and hit Submit. Then send a check for the appropriate amount to the address shown at the bottom of the screen. You will be notified when your application is complete.
