Committee Structure and Expectations
The majority of work done by Student Union Committee members takes place in its Committee Structure through Task Groups, Subcommittees, and Committees.  All groups are results-oriented and are committed to project objectives, goals and strategies.  

Student Union Project Management Team
Oversees project organization and management (Members: Bob Simmons, Paris Saunders, Paul Shang, Cynthia Harrison, Nick Clark, Sean McClain). 

Student Union Steering Committee
Is charged with the development and implementation of the new Student Union, including facilitating and reviewing progress of the planning and subcommittees. (Members: Mel Tyler, Rick Anderson, Bonita Baxter, Nick Clark, Consultants, Shelby Coxon, Larry Eisenberg, Cynthia Harrison, Jody Jeffries, Tara Kloeppel, Sean McClain, Bill Phillips, Paris Saunders, Paul Shang, Bob Simmons).

Student Union Planning Committee
Is a working committee comprised of subcommittees deciding what goes into the new Student Union.

The Student Union Planning Committee meetings are held monthly; Subcommittee meetings are held at least bi-weekly. All Committee and Subcommittee Chairs/Co-Chairs send a meeting summary after each meeting to the Project Management Team.
