New Student Union Milestones
To facilitate an aggressive schedule, the planning committee will use an innovative project delivery strategy, Design Build. It is a method of project delivery in which the design and construction phases of a project are combined into one contract, usually awarded on a bid/best value basis. This strategy is aimed at minimizing costs, and it also allows quicker project deliverability.
