SGA Recognized Student Organizations receive annual booking privileges and are not assessed a booking charge. Annual booking privileges allow student groups to schedule space in the Student Union within the calendar year up to the date prior to the request.
Departments and university initiatives can request reservations, but the Division of Student Affairs reserves the right to consider such requests, and allocate spaces that best represent the mission and goals of the university in enhancing student success.
