UMKC Information Services has implemented a voicemail system that integrates your voicemails and e-mails together in your Exchange inbox.
Allowing you to easily manage your messages and allow you to work more efficiently.

| Access Unity by Phone |
|
On Campus: Dial x5000, Enter your password.
Off Campus: 816-235-5000, Press *, Enter your
extension, Enter your Password.

|
Click below to change your phone password, greetings, etc.

Click here to manage your Unity account.
*Note: Log in is the same as your UMKC SSO (Exchange) Account
*Note: Domain name is umkc-users.
*Note: Not all options will be available to all users.

| How to Change Your Unity Phone Password |
|
Click on the above link, "Click here to manage your Unity Account".
Log on using your SSO (Exchange) account. (Domain: umkc-users)
Click on "Cisco Unity Assistant".
Under "Phone Password", please type your new password.
Press the "Save" button to save your changes.

| Unity Phone Password Rules |
|
Must be at least 5 digits in length.
Cannot include your extension.
Cannot be easy to guess. Ex. 12345 or 11111.
Passwords will be reset every 180 days.
Must be unique. Unity remembers up to 4 previous passwords.
Cannot start with 0.
