UMKC’s School of Law is an urban public law school with a liberal arts feel. The Law program features relatively small classes incorporating courtroom simulations and service learning opportunities.

UMKC’s School of Law is one of only a handful of law schools to have educated a U.S. President (Harry Truman) and a Supreme Court Justice (Charles Evans Whittaker).

With first-time pass rates on the Missouri bar exam near 90%, UMKC School of Law graduates are a source of pride.
