Every Web site must have contact information listed. The minimum requirement is an email address, but the Web Advisory Group recommends including a contact person (listed by title, not name), phone number, fax number, mailing address and physical address.
Contact information should appear either on an "About us" or "Contact us" page which is easily accessible from any page on your site.
It is good practice to include relevant contact information on pages that require feedback or indicate interaction. The standard university templates include a resources column on the right side so that contact information can be listed on the relevant page.
