Permissions Request

The following form may only be used to request access to a site on UMKC's main website server. Use this form if your website address begins with http://www.umkc.edu/(foldername)/.

UMKC students, staff or faculty who want to set up personal Web space need to follow the instructions at http://www.umkc.edu/is/cs/PersonalHomeWeb.asp.

Student organization website permission request forms should be completed and sent to the Office of Student Involvement.

If you need to establish a Cold Fusion or ASP connection to a database, please provide the following:

  • preferred name of data source
  • type of database
  • name of database
  • URL or IP address of database
  • username and password to access database
  • any special instructions for setting up data source
