Welcome to the UMKC Welcome Center's website. We can help you Schedule a Personalized Campus Visit, walking tour, meet with an admissions or academic advisor, and provide answers to any questions you may have about attending UMKC.
The Welcome Center is part of the Admissions Office at UMKC and is located on the Volker (Main) campus in Room 120 of the Administrative Center building at 5115 Oak Street.
The Welcome Center offers two kinds of visits to students interested in seeing what UMKC has to offer - Register for a Campus Visit Day which are group based, and feature admissions and financial presentations, walking tours of campus and the residence hall and also the opportunity to talk to representatives from a variety of different departments and majors.
We also offer more personalized visits where you will have the opportunity to sit down one on one with an admissions advisor, take a campus tour, visit the residence hall and also meet with an advisor from your major.
