If you have a group of 6 or more students who would like to visit campus, please register for a group visit.
Advance Scheduling
Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before the day you would like to visit. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however due to campus events and staffing limitations, we may need to consider alternate dates. Group visits are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. We are able to accommodate groups of 100 people or less.

ACT Prep/College Planning Seminar
Campus Tour
Student Panel
Multicultural Student Affairs Presentation
***Please Note: For middle/junior high school visits, only College Planning Seminar, Campus Tour, and
Student Panel are available.
Visit Preparations and Timely Arrival
Campus tours will include an hour long walking tour. Please encourage all participants to wear comfortable
clothing and shoes. Arriving on time is important. In the event of a late arrival, your tour will likely be
modified.
Group Ratio
Chaperones will be required to accompany group visits at all times while on campus. Our required ratio is as
follows:
HIGH SCHOOL= 1 adult: 15 students
MIDDLE SCHOOL= 1 adult: 10 students
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel your group visit, it is required to give at least 3 days' notice. Failure to do so may
limit future scheduling availability for your group.
