Visit Kansas City's newest attraction - The Power and Light District :
The Kansas City Power & Light District is Kansas City's newest, most exciting neighborhood development and is located in the heart of Downtown, between Grand Boulevard and Baltimore Street, and 12th Street and Truman Road.
The District spans eight blocks of new restaurants, entertainment, nightlife and shopping. It is easily accessible from all major highways and attracts millions of visitors each year.
The Power and Light District is about ten-fifteen minutes away from UMKC and also features Kansas City's spectacular Sprint Arena.
