Visit Kansas City's newest attraction - The Power and Light District :
The Kansas City Power & Light District is Kansas City's newest, most exciting neighborhood development and is located in the heart of Downtown, between Grand Boulevard and Baltimore Street, and 12th Street and Truman Road.
