R.H. Lindsay Scrapbook (KC0127)


R.H. Lindsay was a newspaper reporter who worked as a special correspondent in the Washington office of the Kansas City Times in 1894 and as a correspondent for The Republic (St. Louis?) in 1885 and 1896.

Lindsay maintained a scrapbook of articles he wrote for the Kansas City Times and The Republic in 1894, 1895, and 1896.  These articles are all political in nature.  They relate to congressional activity in 1894, the Missouri State Legislature in 1895, and to the 1896 Republican National Convention.  1894-1896.
