Bethel Baptist Church, Cosby, Missouri, Records (KC0178)
Bethel Baptist Church is the oldest religious organization in Monroe Township, Andrew County, Missouri. Several residents along the Hundred and Two River organized the Church in 1840 and it continues to the present. A church building was constructed on a site about two and one-half miles east of Cosby, Missouri. The Church currently occupies the same site.
This collection consists of microfilmed copies of the Church record books from 1840 to 1980. The records include minutes of regular meetings of the Church, lists of members, pastors who served the Church, and other information on the activities of the Church. 1840-1980.
