Marian M. “Mimi’ Moffat, an attorney in Kansas City, Missouri, has been involved with various community organizations for over ten years.  These papers consist of her files, and a few of those gathered by others, while involved in these neighborhood organizations.

This collection consists of minutes, studies, legal documents pertaining to the activities of several Westport areas neighborhood groups, most notably the Westport Citizens Action Coalition.  Areas represented are:  Coleman Highlands, Roanoke, and Valentine. 1983-2002.
