The Christmas Adventures of Cuddles and Tuckie by Frances Royster Williams, a radio series originally broadcast in 1941. WHMC-KC has produced a audiotape set of the 13 episodes, plus a special telling of Cuddles and Tuckie and the Night before Christmas. Included here is an exhibit of the Christmas Adventures using Mrs. William's drawings and poetry. |
| Ward Parkway: a Grand American Avenue WebPage exhibit was original produced as the panel exhibit to supplement the panel exhibit, "The Grand American Avenue," prepared by the Octagon Museum, Washington, D.C. and the American Architectural Foundation. Also produced in conjunction with the exhibit was the book entitled, The Grand American Avenue, 1850-1920, containing a chapter on Ward Parkway written by William S. Worley. |

WHMC-KC honors Charles N. Kimball, President Emeritus of the Midwest Research Institute and valued friend and supporter of the Collection, by sponsoring the annual Charles N. Kimball Lecture Series. The Lectures are published and distributed free of charge. |
| Initiated in 1974 and continuing until 1994, the sessions of the Midcontinent Perspectives were arranged and convened by Dr. Kimball at four- to six-week intervals. Attendance was by invitation, and the audience consisted of leaders in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The lectures, in monograph form, were later distributed to several thousand individuals and institutions throughout the country who were interested in MRI and in the topics addressed. |
