The Women of Color Leadership Conference would love to have you as a volunteer. Our volunteers are a key part of the conference's success. By contributing their time and energy, volunteers help ensure that the conference runs smoothly.

By being a volunteer you can:

• Give back to the community
• Support area high school students and women of color
• Meet new people
• Learn new skills/enhance current skills

You do not need any qualifications - training will be provided. All you need is enthusiasm and the desire to help others while having fun at the same time.
