Breast Cancer Survivor's Group

Location: Lesbian & Gay Community Center of Kansas City, 207 Westport Road (KCMO)
Have you recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer?  Are you a survivor?  If you or someone you know is currently dealing with breast cancer and needs a lesbian support group, please contact Sue at ssarkesian@kc.rr.com.  The group will meet at LGCCKC and time and date to be determined by interest.

Red Cross Racing Blood Drive

The American Red Cross is teaming up with 3M and Roush Fenway Racing to launch Red Cross Racing, a campaign to engage NASCAR fans as blood donors and to raise awareness about the ongoing need for blood. Race to the blood drive and receive a NASCAR lanyard. Please make an appointment for your donation by calling 816-841-5303!

Cost: Tickets will be available for purchase September 29 at the Career Services Center or at the Bloch School Career Services Satellite Office.
Etiquette is made up of significantly more important things than knowing which fork to use during a meal. Employers may feel that if you can't be trusted not to embarrass yourself in business and social situations, you may lack the self-control necessary to be a good employee.
