When I advise students, I aspire to provide an individualized and supportive advising experience to help students understand their degree requirements and how to successfully meet them. I work to meet students where they are and understand their circumstances. I promote student success and growth within the context of the institution’s policies and processes. Efficiency and effectiveness are important qualities of my advising style. I want to help students reach success, whatever that may look like for them.
