About Us
- The Disability Alliance advocates and educates in order to advance the access for and inclusion of faculty, staff and students with disabilities at UMKC.
- We actively promote the creation of safe and inclusive spaces that are welcoming to all people.
- We are dedicated to learning about and advocating for current and potential supports for disabled persons, as well as to educating and informing the university and surrounding communities.
- We are firm believers in the benefits of diversity and support the recruitment, retention and advancement of disabled faculty, staff and students.
