We are proud to lead UMKC Commencement each spring and fall as well as other significant events throughout the year on campus and at Kansas City's most recognizable venues.
We regularly feature notable speakers, from award-winning actors and authors to world-renowned dignitaries, to foster the UMKC key values of accountability, learning, opportunity, respect, collaboration and integrity.
Each spring and fall, we go big to celebrate and honor those who have earned UMKC degrees. We love recognizing our Roos and their achievements!
A Kansas City tradition since 1985 and in the spirit of Henry Bloch, the Entrepreneur of the Year event awards innovators locally, around the globe and among our UMKC students.
A premier event in Kansas City held at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Crescendo supports UMKC Conservatory student scholarships.
