Occupational Safety and Health

Occupational Health and Safety Division identifies, evaluates and recommends solutions for safety, health risks and hazards to which UMKC employees might be exposed. We offer the following services:

  • Comprehensive Safety and Health programs to schools and/or buildings
    • Hazard assessment to identify all risks and hazards
    • Written safety and health programs designed to eliminate or reduce risks and hazards
    • Inspection to ensure safety and health programs are maintained
