Earn a $500 Employee Referral Incentive

Know someone who would be a great addition to the UMKC team? Many benefit-eligible staff positions participate in the Employee Referral Incentive Program, which provides a $500 referral incentive when an eligible candidate is referred and subsequently hired into an approved position. Positions eligible for the Employee Referral Incentive Program are identified by a flame icon (🔥) displayed on the right side of the job listing.

How It Works:

  1. Refer a qualified candidate for an eligible vacancy.
  2. The candidate applies for the position and identifies you as the referral source during the application process.
  3.  If the candidate is hired into the approved position and all program requirements are met, you may receive a $500 referral incentive payment.
