This email will give you information about entering the last required documents of your hire. You should receive this email within 24-48 hours depending on when the department processes and approves. If you do not, please contact us at 800-488-5288 or via email.

Please reference the List of Acceptable Documents for I-9s (PDF) and bring these with you on your first day. If you are not able to bring these items, please notify Human Resources as soon as possible.

Campus ID Badge

The UMKC Roo Card is the official campus identification card. The Roo Card office provides campus IDs to faculty, students, staff, and special programs on campus. Cardholders are required to carry the UMKC Roo Card at all times while on campus. Visit the UMKC Roo Card website for more information and to get your Roo Card.

If you plan to park on campus during your employment, you will need to obtain a virtual parking permit.
