Summer 2024 Semester

• May 6:  Summer 2024 semester online application opens; Tuition assistance application opens
• June 3:  Summer Session Begins
• June 7:  Dual high school online application closes; Tuition assistance application closes
• June 20: Deadline for withdrawal, "W" on UMKC transcript, 100% tuition waiver (or no tuition due)
  • Complete the Summer 2024 DROP FORM
• June 21:  Students must submit a Petition for Late Withdrawal to drop a course, full tuition will be owed

Fall 2024 Semester

• August 5:  Online application opens, Tuition Assistance application opens
• September 6: Dual high school online application closes, Tuition Assistance application closes
• October 18:  Deadline for 100% tuition waiver (or no payment needed) and drop course without record
  • Student must complete a Fall 2024 Drop Form to drop UMKC course.  **Dropping the course at your high school does not drop you from the UMKC course.  You must complete the linked drop form.**
• November 1:  Deadline for 50% tuition waiver (or still responsible for 50% of tuition) and "W" grade on UMKC transcript.
  • Student must complete a Fall 2024 Drop Form to drop UMKC course. **Dropping the course at your high school does not drop you from the UMKC course.  You must complete the linked drop form.**
  • Beginning November 2 - no tuition waivers and full tuition owed
• November 8:  Deadline to withdraw with a "W" grade, student must notify the HSCP Office.
  • Petition for Late Withdrawal (PDF) required from this day forward.

Spring 2025 Semester

• January 8:  Dual High school online application opens; Tuition Assistance application opens
• February 7:  Online application closes; Tuition Assistance application closes
• March 7:  Deadline for 100% tuition waiver (or no payment needed) and course drop without record.
  • Student must complete a Spring 2025 Drop Form. **Dropping the course at your high school does not drop you from the UMKC course.  You must complete the linked drop form.  You must complete the linked drop form.**
• March 28:  Deadline for 50% tuition wavier (or still responsible for 50% of tuition) and "W" grade on UMKC transcript.
  • Student must complete a Spring 2025 Drop Form. **Dropping the course at your high school does not drop you from the UMKC course.  You must complete the linked drop form.**
  • Beginning March 29 - no tuition waivers and full tuition owed
