Fall Only 2026

August 3

  • myHSCP Online Application and Tuition Assistance/Prepay Link open for Fall and Yearlong course enrollments.

August 6

  • HSCP Instructor Orientation and Annual PD Workshop at UMKC.

September 11

  • myHSCP Online Application and Tuition Assistance Applications/Prepay Link close for Fall and Yearlong course enrollments.
  • Instructor Roster Verifications due.

October 1

  • Payment 1 of 2 due. (Students without a payment on file will receive an "At Risk for Administrative Drop" notification on October 7.)

October 16

  • Last day to drop with a full tuition refund. No course record will appear on the UMKC transcript.

October 30

  • Last day to drop with a 50% tuition refund. A "W" will appear on the UMKC transcript.

November 1

  • Payment 2 of 2 due. (Students without a payment on file will receive an "Administrative Drop for No Payment" notification on November 7.)

November 6

  • Last day to drop. No tuition refund applies. A "W" will appear on the UMKC transcript. Drop requests received after November 7 require a petition for extenuating circumstance.

December 1

  • Students without a payment are Administratively Dropped with a "W" on UMKC transcript. Students must prepay in full for HSCP Spring courses.

December 15

  • Students without a complete payment are Administratively Dropped with a "W" on UMKC transcript. Students must prepay in full for HSCP Spring courses.

January 29

  • Grades due in Pathway.

Yearlong 2026–27

This section covers all dates for Yearlong courses, which run through both semesters. Dates appear in chronological order from enrollment through grade submission. 

August 3

  • myHSCP Online Application and Tuition Assistance/Prepay Link open for Fall and Yearlong course enrollments.

August 6

September 11

  • Students without a complete payment are Administratively Dropped with a "W" on UMKC transcript. Students must prepay in full for HSCP Spring courses.
