During the application period at the beginning of each academic semester, a YouTube tutorial video explaining how to complete the application will be available on the UMKC High School/College Partnerships homepage.
The link to complete access the application will also appear on the UMKC High School/College Partnerships homepage during the application period.
The application reference number is included in an email sent from UMKC soon after students submit their UMKC dual credit application. The title of the email that contains the application reference number is “Thank you for Applying to UMKC”.
Information regarding account log-in and SSO (username) is emailed to students after they submit their online dual credit application . This email is titled, “Set up your UMKC Pathway and Email Account”.
Students can confirm enrollment in dual credit courses by logging-in to their Pathway account. Information on accessing the student Pathway account is emailed to students after they submit their online dual credit application. This email is titled, “Set up your UMKC Pathway and Email Account”.
After logging-in to Pathway, students can select “Student Center”. In “Student Center”, course enrollment will be displayed under the “My Schedule” tab and the “Academics” tabs.
Students can find their UMKC student ID number, the course numbers and titles of their courses, and the number of credit hours for their courses by logging-in to Pathway . Receipt of payment can also be verified by logging into the student’s Pathway account. Information on accessing the student Pathway account is emailed to students after they submit their online dual credit application . This email is titled, “Set up your UMKC Pathway and Email Account”.
In Pathway, select the “Self Service” link. Next, under “Campus Finances”, select “Log-in to Touchnet” (you will use the same log in information for Touchnet that you use for Pathway). After logging-in to Touchnet, select “My Account”, and then select “Payment History” from the drop-down menu.

Invoices are sent out by email and postal mail to the respective addresses used when applying for the UMKC dual credit program. Current balances are viewable in Touchnet, which is accessible through a student’s Pathway account. Information on accessing the student Pathway account is emailed to students after they submit their online dual credit application. This email is titled, “Set up your UMKC Pathway and Email Account”.

Student must complete an online drop request from, within the specified semester drop dates, in order to withdrawal from a UMKC dual credit course. Information regarding course withdrawal dates, course withdrawal transcript records, and tuition reimbursement is displayed within the UMKC HSCP withdrawal policy page. Additionally, deadlines for course withdrawals, tuition payments, and course applications are listed on the UMKC High School/College Partnerships Important Dates webpage.
