*If you would like to order a transcript, but your final grades are not yet posted in your UMKC Pathway account, please take the following actions in the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center:

1. Select "After Grades are Posted" in the "Processing Details" section.
2. Do not select a "term" or "year" in the "Processing Details" section. Leave these selections blank.
3. The UMKC Office of the Registrar will release the transcript when the grades are posted.

SUMMER 2024 Semester Withdrawal Deadline

• June 20:  Deadline for withdrawal, "W" on UMKC transcript, 100% tuition waiver.  
  • After June 20, no tuition waivers and full tuition will be owed.

A change to your high school schedule does not automatically change your status at UMKC.

Dropping and Adding Courses

To Add or Drop a course, please click on the link below.  It is helpful to have the UMKC course name, your high school instructors name, and your UMKC Student ID number.

After June 20, to drop a course, please fill out a late withdrawal petition (PDF)  Petitions will be reviewed on an individual basis.
