Audio Visual Setup Requests

Your request needs to be placed 24 hours prior to the event.  You will be contacted by the CTS Staff to verify the particulars of your request.  Each request needs the following information:

  1. Your Name.
  2. Type of AV Setup needed.
  3. Contact Telephone Number.
  4. Date/Time/Location of AV Delivery.
