Technical Assistance

- Option three is the Web Submission On-Line Problem Report or select the On-Line Problem Report button below.


Audio Visual Setup Requests
Your request needs to be placed 24 hours prior to the event. You will be contacted by the CTS Staff to verify the particulars of your request. Each request needs the following information:
- Your Name.
- Type of AV Setup needed.
- Contact Telephone Number.
- Date/Time/Location of AV Delivery.
- Option one is to contact the Technology Support Center at phone number is (816) 235-2000.
- Option two is to contact CTS by sending an email via ILEsupport@umkc.edu.
- Option three is to contact CTS by utilizing the AV Setup On-Line Request form.
