So the CTS staff we can better support your training needs, a 24 hour period is advised to alleviate a scheduling conflict. You will be contacted by the CTS Staff to verify the particulars of your request. Please include the following information:
- Your Name.
- Type of Training.
- Contact Telephone Number.
- Date/Time/Location of Training Session.
- Option one is to contact the Call Center at phone number is (816) 235-2000. Hours of operation are from Monday-Friday (7:30am-5:00pm).
- Option two is to contact CTS by sending an email via ILEsupport@umkc.edu. Hours of operation are from Monday-Thursday (7am-5pm), and Friday (7am-5pm). A technician will handle your request as soon as possible.
- Option three is to contact CTS by utilizing the Training On-Line Request form.
