UMKC enables academic excellence by developing, implementing, and maintaining environments that empower teaching and learning for faculty and students utilizing a variety of Audio and Visual services.

To ensure availability of staffing and equipment, please submit your request with as much lead time as you are able. A minimum of 24 business hours notice is required. Please provide as much detail as possible about your event to ensure the equipment provided is the best fit for your needs.

Technology support personnel are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

If you experience a technology problem during class, you can get help quickly via any of the following options.

Routine AV Support and AV System Training

To report a non-urgent problem in an AV enabled room, please submit a ticket online. You can also request a training session or additional information regarding any campus AV system.
