Missouri Online offers training and support for online learning delivery systems and courseware tools. They will customize training sessions to fit your need. To request a visit at your campus office or make an appointment for one-on-one or small group training, please email the Academic Technology team.

Contact the Academic Technology (AT) support team in three different ways:

1. Live chat and phone 1-855-675-0755 are monitored by the AT team from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. 
2. Email support is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
3. During our off hours, support can still be reached via our same contact number 1-855-675-0755 and your call will be answered by our after-hours support team.
