How to Send and Receive Mail
Sending mail
Students, faculty and staff may drop off intercampus and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail from 8 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. on weekdays, except for holidays and campus closures, at Mail Services. Mail dropped off after 2 p.m. will be brought to USPS the next business day. Our courier leaves for the University of Missouri campus in Columbia every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 a.m. and returns around 12:30 p.m.
Can't make it to General Building Services? We also collect mail at these locations around campus.
- Administrative Center (near the south elevator on each floor): Monday-Friday
- Health Sciences Campus (mail room): Tuesday and Thursday
- KCUR (reception): Tuesday and Thursday
- School of Law: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
We do not sell stamps or provide mailing envelopes or boxes. All mail must be stamped or include a postage charge memorandum (PDF) with a MOCode.
