Biography

I'm a former journalist who loves storytelling. I believe everyone has a story to tell and the college experience is something that truly allows people to become whoever they want to be. I left television news for higher education because I love UMKC's mission, I love the organization and communication that comes with project management, and I love being involved in telling all the stories of the students, alumni and faculty who have chosen UMKC as their home. On the personal side of things, I'm a big dog lover who enjoys books, music, films and traveling. I'm also a diehard fan of the Minnesota Vikings - Skol!
