Video production support $250 (non-refundable) due at start of project. 15% of total video production cost.

Session fees
General

$100/hr - one-hour minumum

  • This type of photography includes all requests not covered by other options. Extended portrait and environmental portrait shoots are the most common types. Includes the image file(s) with digital delivery.
Event

$75/hr - One-hour minimum

  • Event photography is primarily documentary in style and is captured during an event. Includes the image file(s) with digital delivery.
Portrait on location

$50/hr

  • A location portrait is a portrait taken outside the MCom portrait studio. It is for one person or one group of people in one arrangement, in one location. For multiple groups, multiple locations, etc., use the General Photography option. Includes the image file(s) with digital delivery.
Administration fees
Travel time, retouching and photo shoot coordination $50/hr
Retrieval from archives $50/hr
Additional copies of image

$30/copy

  • Additional copies of files via UMKC Dropbox. We store all photography up to three months. 
After hours, weekends and last-minute requests

20% additional fee.

  • Additional fee charged for after 5 pm, weekends, holidays and last minute requests (within 48 hours).
Photography and videography location permission fee
