Contractor Parking

UMKC contractor permits can be purchased for one day, two days, one week, two weeks, three weeks, or one month. 

Contractor permits are valid only in the three UMKC parking structures, Cherry Street parking structure, Rockhill parking structure, and Hospital Hill parking structure.

UMKC contractor permits are not valid for use on UMKC student or UMKC employee vehicles.

To Purchase a Contractor Permit

• Login or create an account in the self-service parking portal.
  • First-time users, select "Non UMKC Log-in", then click "Register".
• To order a permit, you will need to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• You will also have to provide your correct license plate number, state, and vehicle information.
• The start date for the permit can be selected during the order process.
