Biography
Todd Wells serves as the Dean of Students at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), where he works to support student success, engagement and a strong sense of community across campus. He joined UMKC in 2017 and has focused on student involvement as an important part of retention and student success. Before coming to UMKC, Wells worked in leadership development, civic engagement, and retention and student success at Kansas State University, the University of Kansas and the University of South Florida.
