Non Payroll Deduction

Payroll Deduction

• Rate: $22.50 per month
• Must purchase in person at the Membership Office.
• You are responsible for canceling your payroll deduction and membership. The membership will be ongoing until you cancel the membership.
• To cancel your payroll deduction membership, you must complete the payroll cancellation form by the deadlines listed below.
  • Employees paid bi-weekly must complete the form by the last day in the pay period.
  • Employees paid monthly must complete the form 72 hours prior to the payroll change forms deadline. 

Members who would like to access the Hospital Hill gym location will need to request access by emailing us.

New Faculty and Staff Discount

New UMKC payroll-compensated faculty and staff are eligible for a one time discount of 50% off their first month. This discount cannot be combined with payroll deduction. Visit the membership office to redeem this discount and sign up!

UMKC Retirees

Membership eligibility is based on a daily import from the university. Retirees are eligible for the same rate as UMKC faculty and staff members. Payroll deduction is not an option for retirees.
