Administrative Center Construction Update
The front entrance with parking at the UMKC Administrative Center is closed for construction. Please use the entrances on the east, south and north ends of building. UMKC Central is open for walk-in visits at its new office in the Atterbury Student Success Center, Room 204. We remain open for calls and email as usual.

- Download Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website
- Fill out the form online or, for PDFs that are not writable, print the blank form and fill it out with a pen
- You may sign the form using your Adobe Digital Signature. or sign the printed form
- Submit the form in one of these ways:
- Email the form to us
- Upload in in Pathway using the Secure Document Uploader
- Fax the form to 816-235-5513
- Bring the form to UMKC Central (Administrative Center, First Floor)
