Use the UCollege Petition for Exception form if you are requesting to remain an exploratory student after completing 45 credit hours, requesting a course waiver, or are requesting another exception to the University College policy.
Complete the University College Reinstatement Petition if you are seeking to petition for reinstatement in the semester immediately following academic dismissal.
