Trice Burkes

Biography

Trice brings more than 25 years of combined military and higher education experience. He is currently a Ph.D Candidate in Higher Education Leadership at Colorado State University and holds multiple advanced degrees in higher education administration, security studies, and supply chain management. His academic achievements include recognition as a Tillman Scholar and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society member, embodying leadership and veteran excellence. Professionally, Trice has served in a range of senior leadership, faculty, and strategic roles across higher education and the U.S. Army, including as an assistant professor at Army University and inaugural Director of Veteran Support Services at Lincoln University. His military career includes key leadership and operational positions supporting global missions with NATO and U.S. Army commands.
