A complete food service operation, featuring both all-you-care-to-eat buffet style dining and retail dining, is located in the University Center. Hours of operation for the various locations are posted on the doors of the University Center and on the Dining Services website. Dining Services also provides retail operations in the Royall Hall lobby, in Miller Nichols Library and on the Hospital Hill campus on the first floor of the Health Sciences Building. Students living in the Cherry Street and Oak Street residence halls are required to have a meal plan and should make their meal plan selection through Residential Life. Commuting students, faculty and staff may purchase a Declining Balance Meal Plan, which is a debit account accessible though their student/staff ID and against which food purchases may be charged. Commuting students, faculty and staff who wish to purchase meal plans which can be used in the all-you-care-to-eat Cafeteria only should call or visit the Main Dining Services office. Catering for meetings and other special events can be arranged through the Dining Services Catering Department. Refreshments, breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, receptions and picnics can be served in meeting rooms at the University Center or delivered to other locations on and off campus. In addition to cafeteria, retail and catering services, automated vending services are available in various convenient locations across campus.
