Through this conference, we celebrate the accomplishments and pursuits of Women of Color in the Kansas City area and also, encourage and empower each other with skills and tools to build upon our personal, civic and professional successes. We annually host more than 350 women, while also extending the mission to serve nearly 400 young women of color in a related High School and Collegiate Connection conference day.

For their donation, Friends of the Conference receive recognition and our thanks. For their donation, Conference Sponsors receive recognition along with additional benefits such as tickets for employees or friends to attend the conference, as outlined in our Sponsorship Levels guide (PDF).
All donations are used for conference expenses and ensuring this annual event continues its legacy.
