We provide the opportunity for undergraduate students to present their research in several formats, including presentations and performances.

Submit a Proposal for the Fall Symposium

All UMKC undergraduate students are welcome to submit an abstract for presenting at the 2024 Fall Symposium. Presentations will be accepted as space allows, with priority given to those submitted by 5:00 pm on Friday, Nov. 1.

Symposium of Undergraduate Research and Creative Scholarship

Students from across the university present posters, read papers, make oral presentations and put on performances for the opportunity to be awarded as a Presentation of Distinction.

Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol (URD@C) provides undergraduate researchers and artists with the opportunity to share their work with state legislators and other stakeholders in Jefferson City, MO, in partnership with other UM System campuses.
