Employment Verifications

The University of Missouri System contracts with Experian Verify to provide a secure employment and income verification service for current and former university employees. Please visit UM System’s Employment and Income Verification for more information. 

Verifying employment and income history 

To allow a verifier (e.g., mortgage company representative, social service provider or potential employer) to verify your employment and income history, provide your SSN to the verifier. Also, provide the verifier with Experian Verify’s phone and web address so they may easily check your information. 

Employee data reports 

Per the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, employees may receive one free personal report, an Employee Data Report per rolling year. The Employment Data Report shows all the information Experian Verify has in your file at the time of your request.
