Enrollment Confirmation Deadline Extended

The UMKC priority confirmation deadline for Fall 2024 has been extended to May 15 to allow for FAFSA processing.

Our partnership with North Kansas City Schools (NKC Schools) encourages eligible high school juniors and seniors to enroll in classes at UMKC and get the chance to earn college credit and experience.

Determine your schedule

Meet with your high school guidance counselor and a UMKC advisor to select classes that fit your academic goals and schedule.

Attend Orientation

Attend Orientation to learn more about UMKC, how to get around campus and have your questions answered. You'll be sent a link to sign up for Orientation after you're admitted. You can also view the High School College Pipeline ECA Abridged Handbook.

Earn Scholarships After Graduation

Graduates of KCPS who are admitted to and attend UMKC as a degree-seeking student are eligible for a $1,500 annual, renewable District Scholarship as well as additional awards.
