UMKC's Technology Support Center will be open extended hours during the beginning of the Fall Semester, in additon to our normal hours of operation which are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm:

For routine, non-emergency, service or support please submit a request via the UMKC IT Service Portal. A username and password is required.

The UMKC Technology Support Center is for available for remote support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, at 816-235-2000.
Walk-in visits are welcome from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at our offices located at the Cherry Street Parking Garage (5009 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64110)
