Student Health and Wellness will be closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1.

Kangaroo Food Pantry

From Dec. 20 through Jan. 16,  the hours at the Kangaroo Pantry in the Agrawal Care Center in the Student Union will be reduced to the following dates and times:
Tuesday, December 20, 2022, noon – 5 p.m.
Wednesday, December 21, 2022, noon-5 p.m.
Tuesday, January 3, 2023: noon – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, January 4th, 2023: noon – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, January 10th, 2023: noon – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, January 11th, 2023: noon – 5:30 p.m.

Regular hours will resume on January 17. If other accommodations are needed, please call 816-235-1457 and we can try to make arrangements for other availability during the reduced operations period.

UMKC Dental Clinic

UMKC School of Dentistry Clinics will be closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 2 and will reopen at 8 a.m. Jan. 3.

Year-End Donations

You are welcome to make online donations via credit card here.

The Office of Gift Processing will be available Friday, Dec. 30 from 8 a.m. until noon to accept year-end gifts. Gift Processing will be closed Dec. 31 through Jan. 2 and will re-open with regular business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Inquiries can be directed to (816) 235-5329 or The UMKC Foundation will also be taking calls at (816) 235-5778.

Any checks must be in an envelope postmarked prior to Dec. 31, 2022, in order to be credited in the 2022 tax year.

For any stock gifts or wire transfers, please contact Tram Nguyen at Stock gifts must be received into the UMKC Foundation’s brokerage account by Dec. 31, 2022, to be counted in the 2022 tax year. Mutual funds should be initiated no later than Dec. 20 to be transferred on time.
